EffDog disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability – In no event shall EffDog be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, even if EffDog has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with EffDog is to stop using the Service.
Indemnification – You agree to indemnify and hold EffDog, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any violation of these Terms.
Changes to the Service
Service Modification – EffDog reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice. EffDog shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Account Closure and Data Transfer – EffDog reserves the right to close or suspend any account found to be in violation of these Terms.
Intellectual Property Protection – You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or take inspiration from the EffDog product. All intellectual property rights belonging to EffDog are fully protected.
Non-Compete – By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to a non-compete with EffDog during your use of the Service and for the three years following the last day of your use under all plans including, free, paid and trials.
Price Changes – EffDog reserves the right to raise prices for the Service upon providing a 30-day notice to users.
Feature Changes and Restrictions – EffDog reserves the right to change, move, or restrict features from the current plan to new or existing plans.
Usage Tracking – EffDog may track your usage of the Service through third-party tools for the purpose of understanding customers better, improving the Service, and providing a better user experience.
Cloud Account Access – By using the Service, you authorize EffDog to access your organization’s cloud account(s). This authorization is granted solely for the intended purpose of monitoring resource usage, generating recommendations for cloud optimisation and taking actions to optimize them. You further acknowledge and agree that EffDog takes no responsibility for any issues arising from the use of your credentials or access.
Privacy Policy – By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be accessed at EffDog Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction – These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
Entire Agreement – These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EffDog regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
